Step 1
Internal Rust Protection
Rust Check is sprayed inside body panels and hidden cavities using factory access points or drilled access. The product creeps into tight zones where moisture and salt collect.

Annual maintenance model
Rust Check protection is designed for yearly applications to keep corrosion controlled long-term.
Proven rust protection for Barrie winters
Barrie winters push salt, moisture, slush, and freeze-thaw cycles deep into seams and spot-weld zones. Rust Check protects the vehicle from the inside out and addresses corrosion before it becomes visible on the surface.

Process
For over 50 years, Rust Check has protected vehicles across Canada using a two-step process. Each step targets specific rust-prone zones so moisture is displaced, corrosion is interrupted, and exposed metal stays protected through harsh Canadian winters.
Step 1
Rust Check is sprayed inside body panels and hidden cavities using factory access points or drilled access. The product creeps into tight zones where moisture and salt collect.
Step 2
Coat & Protect is applied to exposed underbody components. This self-healing coating provides immediate protection and resists wash-off, cracking, and drying.

You can choose how Rust Check is applied. Drill gives maximum cavity access using reusable plugs. No-drill uses factory access points only and takes longer with the same professional care. Both options provide excellent rust protection.
Rust Check Original Rust Inhibitor penetrates seams, welds, and hidden cavities. Coat & Protect (Amber or Black) seals exposed underbody metal, stays flexible, and resists wash-off, cracking, and hardening.

Rust Check should be applied once per year for best long-term protection, especially with Barrie salt and freeze-thaw cycles.
Coat & Protect is designed to be drip-free. Minor drips can happen on extremely hot days, but significantly less than traditional oil sprays.
Yes. Rust Check is safe for both new and used vehicles and is commonly applied to brand-new cars and trucks.
Drill gives maximum access to sealed cavities with reusable plugs installed after treatment. No-drill uses factory access points only and takes longer with the same application standards.
