Recently had a remote starter installed onto my wife's vehicle. Cannot say anything bad about these guys. Customer service was great. After getting it home I found a button on the dash wasn't working anymore. I advised the shop. They apologized politely (one harness wasn't fully plugged in). They resolved the issue quickly with no hassle. It has been a week now and we use the remote start almost every day. Morning routine gamechanger lol. Thanks Doug for not only your shops' professionalism, but its accountability.

Not often I take the time to write reviews. Only in exceptional circumstances. DDF is professional and friendly from start to finish.
